1.0 - GRANTED RIGHTS

1.1 - The owner of a Nyfurion x Reborn Fragment (NFT) holds full commercial rights to use their artwork in any personal or professional project.

1.2 - You are free to create and monetize without limitations:

1.3 - Video games, apps, digital experiences, and metaverse projects
1.4 - Comics, graphic novels, animations, and narrative content
1.5 - Restaurants, venues, clubs, wines, alcohol, and any type of commercial activity
1.6 - Merchandising, secondary brands, and co-branding projects
1.7 - Digital or physical art, installations, exhibitions
1.8 - Social media content, media, and promotional initiatives
1.9 - Any other form of creative or commercial project, even if not specifically listed

No additional authorization is required: each fragment is free to take on new creative forms through its holder.

X LIMITATIONS

2.0 - USE OF THE NAME

You may not use "Nyfurion" as the main brand. Secondary use is allowed to identify your NFT (e.g., "Nyfurion Fragment #237" or "#234 Nyfurion") and any other name associated with the fragment, provided that the main brand is not Nyfurion alone.

2.1 - OFFICIAL SERIES

You may not create TV series or projects declared officially part of the canonical Nyfurion series. These remain the exclusive domain of the Creator.

2.3 - LORE

You may not modify or claim the official Nyfurion lore as canonical. Your works must be presented as unofficial.

2.4 - PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not associate the fragment with violent, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal projects.

2.5 - LOGOS AND ASSETS

You may freely use the image of your Nyfurion Fragment, but you may not use official logos, registered trademarks, or global Nyfurion assets without written authorization from the Creator.

2.6 - LEGAL NOTES / NYFX*

2.7 - Commercial rights follow the ownership of the NFT: if you sell the fragment, the rights automatically transfer to the new holder.

2.8 - The license is worldwide, personal, and non-exclusive: it applies only to the fragment owned and does not transfer the overall intellectual property of the Nyfurion universe.

2.9 - If your fragment is selected for an official project, you may receive a symbolic share of the revenues.
